My passion is ‘fixin’ things. My wife says I “can fix anything except a toaster” (due to an unfortunate repair failure). I’ve brought that passion into the arena of software support. I really like to help people resolve their issues so QuickBooks will work the way they want it to.
My name is Stephanie and I will be covering for Aimee while she is on maternity leave. I am originally from Indiana but I spent most of my adult life in Tucson, Arizona. Last year we decided to make the big move to Atlanta, GA. We are definitely enjoying the change of seasons. I have been working for Intuit for 8 yrs and truly enjoy working with the people I meet everyday. When I am not working, I am involved in some sort of activity (soccer, gymnastic, swimming, etc) with my kids.
I am originally from Michigan. I moved to California when I was 18, and do not plan on ever leaving ☺. My biggest passion is traveling, and I also enjoy reading, playing music and any activity that gets me outside. I have been with Intuit since 2004; supporting various products. I like helping and teaching our customers the ins and outs of each. However, QuickBooks Online has become my favorite product to support.
I'm originally from Illinois and was transferred here when I was in the Army. After falling in love with the weather, and the atmosphere here in Tucson, my family and I decided to make this our permanent home. I am just finishing up the requirements for my Bachelors in Accounting and look forward to expanding on that in the future. I really enjoy working on the technical end of QuickBooks and (hopefully) having a positive impact on our customers.
My name is Bruce and I live in Tucson Arizona. I am an avid reader and have a huge passion for books, I have about 600 books total and that is after getting rid of about 300. I like to build scale models in my spare time and have a strong interest in history. I also have built all of my desktop computers and have been doing that since 1995 it is fun to put something together and see it work. I have also recently started to remodel my home which limits my spare time for my other interest.
Originally from Maine, I moved to Arizona to get away from the cold weather. I love to travel, write, and have my own mini eBay business. I spend a lot of time with my friends, as my entire family is back on the east coast. I recently purchased my first home, and project that I will be spending a lot of time taking care of that.
I’m from South Bend, IN and worked at the Notre Dame Football stadium when I was younger, but I’ve lived in Arizona most of my life including Tucson since 1986. I love camping on the beach which may sound a little weird because I live in the desert, but there is a beach in Mexico about 4 hours from Tucson. I enjoy helping people with problem solving so it’s great to be a host for the QuickBooks Community.
My name is Nic, and I'm currently in Arizona. I'm originally from Australia, but I've lived several different countries. I was a user of QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions before I worked at Intuit, so I've been a customer as well as an employee. I've worked at Intuit since 2005, doing tech support. Most of my work life has been as a system administrator, so my passion is fixing problems and understanding all things technical. If I won the lottery, I'd go back to school and be a permanent student.
